INCOTERMS

EXW – Ex Works
XW Ex Works is a term used in Incoterms 2020 to indicate that the seller fulfills his delivery obligation when he makes the goods available to the buyer at his own premises or at another agreed place (for example, factory, warehouse, etc.). The seller is not obliged to load the merchandise on any means of transport, nor to clear it for export. The buyer assumes all risks and costs from the point of origin, including loading, transportation, insurance and customs procedures.
FCA – Free Carrier
FCA Free Carrier is a term used in Incoterms 2020. It indicates that the seller fulfills his delivery obligation when he delivers the goods, either to the carrier designated by the buyer at the agreed place or to an agreed place, if there is no specific carrier. designated. From that moment on, the risk of loss or damage to the merchandise and any other costs rests with the buyer. The seller, however, is responsible for the export of the merchandise. CIP – Carriage and Insurance Paid To
CIP Carriage and Insurance Paid To is a term used in Incoterms 2020. It indicates that the seller fulfills his delivery obligation when he delivers the goods to the carrier or another person designated by the seller at an agreed place (generally the place of destination agreed between buyer and seller). From that moment on, the risk of loss or damage to the merchandise and any other costs rests with the buyer. The seller, in addition to transport costs, is also responsible for obtaining marine or equivalent transport insurance to cover risks during the main transport of the goods to the named place of destination. This term is used for any mode of transportation, including multimodal transportation.
DAP – Delivered at Place

DPU Delivered at Place Unloaded is a term used in Incoterms 2020.
