EXW – Ex Works

XW Ex Works is a term used in Incoterms 2020 to indicate that the seller fulfills his delivery obligation when he makes the goods available to the buyer at his own premises or at another agreed place (for example, factory, warehouse, etc.). The seller is not obliged to load the merchandise on any means of transport, nor to clear it for export. The buyer assumes all risks and costs from the point of origin, including loading, transportation, insurance and customs procedures.

FCA – Free Carrier

FCA Free Carrier is a term used in Incoterms 2020. It indicates that the seller fulfills his delivery obligation when he delivers the goods, either to the carrier designated by the buyer at the agreed place or to an agreed place, if there is no specific carrier. designated. From that moment on, the risk of loss or damage to the merchandise and any other costs rests with the buyer. The seller, however, is responsible for the export of the merchandise. From that moment on, the risk of loss or damage to the merchandise and any other costs rests with the buyer. DAP – Delivered at Place
